Hi ladies,

Whilst it’s already been a couple of months now, we would like to thank you so much for all your assistance leading up to and on our wedding day. It was simply incredible, and truly was our dream day.

Each of you made everything feel so easeful every step of the way. We appreciate your patience, your organisation, your excellent advice, your positive and bubbly personalities, honestly, we could go on and on!

So many of our guests raved that ours was the best wedding they’ve been too, they loved everything about our day but often people have no idea the hard work that goes on behind the scenes to create such a magical experience. We will always remember each of you for the part you played in making this the most memorable day of our lives.

We’d also like to share a special thanks to the whole team at Fig Tree;

  • the gardener who keeps the grounds so perfect, literally there’s never a petal or a leaf out of place
  • the waitstaff and bar staff who graciously served us and kept up with the many cocktail orders! We’ve had multiple friends reach out for the Pisco Sours recipe!
  • the chefs who prepared a divine meal for us (honestly you wouldn’t guess how many people commented on how amazing the green leaf salad was, who would have thought the simplest of dishes would be such a hit!)
  • and of course, Rhonda and Jimmy. Both Rhonda and Jimmy really looked after us and we were so thankful for the calm energy they brought to the day
We felt so spoilt not only during the wedding, but also throughout our stay at Sunrise House. It was such a luxury having breakfast already prepared for us the day of and the following day, I’m still dreaming of the incredible scrambled eggs!
Also to Byron Bay Wedding Shed, walking into the reception space was such a surreal experience. Whilst we had a simple set up, it was simply stunning. It looked beautiful, elegant and everything was perfectly placed. Please pass on our thanks to them too.
These are such special memories of our day we will treasure forever.
