Our Weddings

We are a full-service wedding provider covering every aspect of your wedding day. We'll help you find the right venue, you will have your own personal planner, and we will look after and coordinate everything on the day. 

1. We'll help you find the perfect venue

Picking your venue is one of the hardest parts of the entire wedding planning process. We're here to help you navigate your way through the many stunning options available, and help you decide on venues that are going to work the best for you, your style, your plans and budget. We will then arrange a personalised venue tour to visit the properties you have fallen in love with, allowing you the opportunity to see and get a feel for them in person. You will be provided with an itemised quote for any venues you are interested in so you understand the full cost upfront.

2. You will have your own personal planner

You will be introduced to one of our highly experienced wedding planners who, along with the rest of the planning team, will help you with every aspect of your wedding day from choosing the right menu, creating your dream team of suppliers, bringing together your overall style, finalising seating plans and pulling together your wedding day agenda. They will also suggest ways to accentuate the venue’s surrounds; sunsets, summer breeze or the best spots for shade, and will ensure the perfect flow is executed for your day. Your planner will lock in a series of virtual appointments with you to ensure each section of the planning process is completed quickly and efficiently whilst also being a fun and exciting experience! 

3. We'll take care of everything on the day

Your wedding day coordinator will ensure every detail you have planned for the past 12 months is executed flawlessly. They will manage your entire day from greeting and ushering guests, coordinating the ceremony procession line up and music, overseeing the execution of the décor, styling and floral set up to working with your musicians and MC so the bridal entrance, speeches, cake cutting and first dance is done at the right time. If any issues on the day should arise, they will seamlessly steer the day and solve any problems so everyone continues to enjoy the most perfect day.

OUR PLANNING SERVICE

Our planning package is designed for couples who would still like control over their wedding planning but would love assistance to look after all the finer details and logistics that can become overwhelming. Your planner will assist with bringing your wedding day together and will then handover to the Wedding Day Coordinator who will ensure every detail you have planned for the past 12 months is executed flawlessly.

What’s included?

Your time with your wedding planner officially begins 12 months out from your wedding day.

  • Planning Consultations 
    Six virtual planning consultations, as well as detailed Planning Guides are provided to help you every step of the way.
  • Introduction and Advice on the Best Suppliers
    Your planner will discuss with you and provide details of the best suppliers that will suit your style, ideas and budget-saving you loads of time researching yourself.
  • Style & Hire
    Your planner will help you personalise the look and feel for your day. Our style and hire supplier, The Wedding Shed, have created a series of Style Collections that work really well at all our venues. These collections cover all aspects of your wedding day from your ceremony, cocktails, dinner and dancing. Our included Styling Guide will help you Our Styling Guide will help you through the entire process including what included furniture is available at your venue and what hire items you may wish to consider.
  • Catering
    We work with two award-winning local catering companies who will provide the most incredible dining options for both seated or cocktail-style receptions. These two teams come together to provide a complimentary dining experience at one of our stunning wedding venues for you and your partner to get an idea of the quality of food and service you can expect on the day. Please note, some of our venues do provide their own catering and we will put you in touch with them to arrange a menu tasting or dining experience directly.
  • Menu Selections & Drinks
    Your planner will discuss menu and drink options that are best suited to the vibe you are trying to create. Most of our venues are BYO so they'll also guide you through drink options and quantities to ensure you supply enough to cater for your guest list.
  • Seating Plan & Table Styling Details
    Your planner will provide you with our suggestion on where all of your chosen furniture and decor should be placed on the day based on weather and the most suitable locations creating the best flow for the day. We will also create a seating plan with you for your seated reception, if applicable, and provide a simple way to allocate seating for your guests.
  • Confirming your Agenda
    After completing thousands of successful weddings over the past 12 years, we have refined the wedding day agenda into a perfect template to build on. We will share this template with you and assist you in adding the little details, unique to you and your vision for your special day before sharing this with your chosen service providers and all relevant parties involved.
  • Other Important Logistics
    Our planners know all the venues we work at inside out. They'll be able to arrange any other logistical elements for your wedding day like wet weather plans, marquee requirements (if any), transport, staffing, lighting and sound etc.

  • Logistics & Venue Liaison
    Your planner will contact all of your chosen Service Providers and the Venue Manager to confirm all of the logistics and timings for arrival, setup and departure to ensure everything runs smoothly and is setup as per our detailed plans as well as packed up and removed as per the venue requirements within the timings allocated.

  • On the Day Coordinator
    Your planner will hand all of the detailed plans over to your On the Day Coordinator who will look after you, your guests, the catering and drink service teams on your wedding day. They will ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish and are there to sort out any unforeseen things that could arise on the day.
