Getting Married With Us

1. We'll help you find the perfect venue

Picking your venue is one of the biggest decisions in the wedding planning process, and we’re here to make it simple, clear, and enjoyable. We’ll guide you through Byron’s many stunning options to help identify the venues best suited to your style, plans, and budget. From liaising with venue managers on available dates and preparing personalised wedding quotes, to arranging one-on-one virtual viewings and curated in-person tour itineraries, we take care of every detail. We’ll also share insider tips to help you make the most of your time in Byron, so your venue search feels seamless​ and exciting​.

2. You will have your own personal planner

You will be introduced to one of our highly experienced wedding planners who, along with the rest of the planning team, will help you with every aspect of your wedding day from choosing the right menu, creating your dream team of suppliers, bringing together your overall style, finalising seating plans and pulling together your wedding day agenda. They will also suggest ways to accentuate the venue’s surrounds; sunsets, summer breeze or the best spots for shade, and will ensure the perfect flow is executed for your day. Your planner will lock in a series of virtual appointments with you to ensure each section of the planning process is completed quickly and efficiently whilst also being a fun and exciting experience! 

3. We'll take care of everything on the day

Your wedding day coordinator will ensure every detail you have planned for the past 12 months is executed flawlessly. They will manage your entire day from greeting and ushering guests, coordinating the ceremony procession line up and music, overseeing the execution of the décor, styling and floral set up to working with your musicians and MC so the bridal entrance, speeches, cake cutting and first dance is done at the right time. If any issues on the day should arise, they will seamlessly steer the day and solve any problems so everyone continues to enjoy the most perfect day.

A considered planning experience for couples who want to remain involved in the creative process, while being guided by an experienced team from concept to completion.

Your Wedding Planner works with you to shape a cohesive, intentional celebration balancing vision, logistics and guest experience, before seamlessly transitioning your plans to your On the Day Coordinator for execution.

Platinum Planning Package

Our Platinum Package is designed for busy couples who might be planning from interstate or overseas, or simply wanting a more elevated and personalised planning experience.

Alongside all Signature inclusions, your planner will take a far more hands-on role in shaping the overall aesthetic, sourcing suppliers, refining design details and ensuring every aspect feels cohesive, intentional and beautifully considered.

Hello Maddie! Oh my gosh, it was perfect from start to finish. We really did hire the dream team. We felt so relaxed and stress free all day. Every one of our guests has also left on a complete high. The hair and makeup team at Ava Belle set the tone from the start. When Daniel Chafer (photographer) and Simao arrived that continued. Hi Maddie and to the Byron Bay Wedding Team, I have no words to describe how thankful I am for all your efforts. I think it was Anya’s and Maddie’s wedding, sorry, Rod.. But we did!
