Brookie's - Cape Byron Distillery

Cape Byron Distillery is pleased to offer couples a unique and local wedding favour or gift for their guests from our Brookie’s range including:

• Brookie’s Byron Dry Gin – distilled with native botanicals from our rainforest and handcrafted in Byron Bay for a beautifully balanced classic dry gin.
• Brookie’s Byron Slow Gin – made in the traditional style of an English ‘Sloe’ gin that showcases the Davidson plum, a unique rainforest fruit native to the Byron Bay region.
• Liqueur – a premium roasted Macadamia & Wattleseed liqueur from all-natural ingredients with luxury tastes of butterscotch, cacao and coffee.

Cape Byron Distillery is located on the Brook family farm in the hinterland of Byron Bay. The distillery is set amongst a beautiful macadamia orchard surrounded by subtropical rainforest. We’re only open for tours by appointment, including a Brookie’s Gin & Tonic, a tour through our sub-tropical rainforest to see and touch the botanicals we pick for our gins before an in-depth tasting of our products.
