Wedding Menus

Our menus and dishes are created and based on the finest, freshest, most seasonal produce, sourcing from the natural larder of the Byron area whenever the best is available: local line caught Snapper and Jewfish, Broken Head Spanner Crab, Glen Innes Lamb, Sweet Bangalow Pork, Byron Farmers Market Vegetables.

Byron Bay weddings have created eight unique menus from which to choose from. If you would like something more specific such as a bbq, a theme or a particular dish, we can tailor a menu to suit your wishes.

All dietary requirements will be accommodated for and a specialised menu prepared with prior notice. All menus are dependent on the finest, freshest, most seasonal produce and are therefore subject to changes daily.

Canapé options

An additional choice in canapés will incur $3 per canapé per person, ‘gourmet’ canapés are $6 or can be exchanged for 2 other canapés this will be added to the bill.
